Crystal McCreary

Crystal McCreary is a coach, health educator, and yoga and mindfulness educator and teacher trainer. Crystal is the author of the Little Yogi Deck: Simple Practices to Help Kids Move through Big Emotions (Bala Kids 2021). She is also on the faculty at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Crystal currently works as a health and wellness educator at a K-12 independent school in New York City while studying to become a psychotherapist in the Mental Health Counseling program at City University of New York–Hunter. She loves working with people to help them uncover their gifts, lead with creativity and love, and source vitality and play while navigating demanding lives.



Sonali Zohra

Sonali Zohra is an illustrator/author based in British Columbia, Canada. Her work is inspired by her love of nature, philosophy, myth, and spirituality.
